At VAPOR10 company, due to having ISO 10002, we have to document all the complaints or technical comments of our customers about our products. After checking the form by the quality control expert, a copy of the company's answer will be emailed to you with the approval of the production manager. We at VAPOR10 company follow ISO 9001 principles. Also, ISO 10002 is for registering customer complaints. Communication with the end customer is always one of the most complicated problems of a company due to its wide range. Here we have tried to solve the problem as follows. All final products manufactured by our company have a special code. This code is defined as a one-time use. After entering the code and receiving the confirmation message, the user can send a message to the customer communication department. This message can include text and photos. With this, the user can transfer information or register a complaint. After the technical review of the message, the answer will be sent to the user by email. Due to the wide range of messages, it will take time to review the cases.
