2024 was a year of purposeful growth, strategic execution, and product excellence for VAPOR10. As the electronic liquid industry faced rapid transformation and emerging regulatory demands, we remained firmly committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and international expansion.

Our teams worked diligently to deliver results that not only fulfilled our objectives but also set new benchmarks for what a modern vape brand can accomplish. This report is more than a performance summary – it’s a testament to our organizational spirit of quality, transparency, and accountability.

As we move into 2025, we do so with renewed energy and confidence gained from the lessons and milestones of the past year.

Product Quality and Portfolio Diversification

At the beginning of 2024, our R&D department was tasked with developing 10 new flavors. We are pleased to report that not only was this objective achieved, it was exceeded by 20%, with 12 unique new flavors launched.

In addition, VAPOR10 achieved full compliance with the ISO 20714 international standard for electronic liquid quality. All required lab testing and documentation were successfully completed. We continue to lead the way in advocating for industry-wide standardization to elevate product quality.

Customer Satisfaction

To measure our performance, we set a minimum satisfaction threshold of 75% across multiple key areas such as flavor quality, variety, vapor output, packaging, pricing, and overall shopping experience. Based on a survey of 1,700 customers, the average satisfaction reached 86%.

A standout metric was the 100% satisfaction with non-gunking performance – ranking as the highest-rated product feature and confirming the strength of our formulations.

International Market Expansion

In line with our international growth strategy and core market in Turkey, VAPOR10 made significant advances in market expansion during 2024. The following map outlines our current and pending market presence:

  • Active Markets: Turkey, Iraq, Egypt, Bosnia, Serbia, Azerbaijan
  • Pending Markets: Germany, Poland, Romania, Iran
  • Evaluation Markets: UAE, Oman, Cyprus

Despite regulatory hurdles, especially in the EU, we successfully fulfilled 75% of our export expansion goals, which we consider a strong performance given global complexities.
